Project Fair - 2012

ANNUAL PROJECT FAIR
Precisely a week after the Bengali New Year, Hope School as usual got into diverse activities that develop students’ creative fields. After the grand Bengali New Year Fair came the Project Fair on Saturday, 21 April, 2012 with the participation of both Gulshan and Uttara Junior Sections.
A host of teachers along with a great number of students of Junior Section of Uttara and Gulshan Branch under the supervision of Science and Social Studies Teachers stalled more or less sixty projects to display at the auditorium of ITHS Main Campus. Students came up with the very creative and unique innovations.
The fair covered a wide range of projects in a way that may be useful for one or the other. Each project contained illustrations with models on and beside or behind the display tables. The tiny scientists explained their novelty pretty well to the visitors very smartly with confidence. Amazingly just in one year our students were able to create so many new projects.
In the modern technology depended world of 21stcentury no one can deny the gift of scientific advancement. They come in a blissful manner making our life more comfortable and easier. Both students and Teachers worked relentlessly for months to organize and make a brilliant show of what they invented would definitely contribute to the society at large.

School Life

Pohela Boishakh

We have organized Bengali New Year Function & Boishaki Mela as a tribute to Bengali New Year on April 14, 2012 at our Uttara Main Campus between 10:30 and 15:00.
ITHS Students from all different sections and from different classes enriched the program with their colourful and meaningful poems, dances and songs. Turkish teachers and students coloured the occasion with their beautiful and patriotic Bangla songs. Guardians and guests were very pleased with the performances done by the students. After this cultural function, students in their reserved stalls sold out and offered rich menu from both Turkish and Bangla cuisine. Both parents and some top level officials from embassies visited the stalls and purchased the goods. The richness and colourfulness of the stalls attracted the many and the students enjoyed selling their goods. Joy of the day was reflected in the faces of people and the program has ended in contentment.

Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad

ITHS Returns Home from Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad with a Golden Medal
         2 members of Bangladesh team who have participated in the 6th INEPO-EUROASIA Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad have returned home on 10th April, early in the morning with a Golden Medal. Rezwan Siddiquee, student of Int’l Turkish Hope School and his teacher Kemal Yavuz, represented Bangladesh in the 6th INEPO-EUROASIA Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad which was held between 04 and 08 April, 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
        Ministry of Education, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Sources, State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic, Inepo Euroasia Ecology Association were the organizers of the 6th INEPO-EUROASIA Int’l Environmental Project Olympiad.
        120 projects from 42 countries competed in this Olympiad and Bangladesh won the Gold Medal among 42 participating countries. Ministers, Parliament Members and other high officials of Azerbaijan Republic were present during the Award Ceremony. ITHS student Rezwan Siddiquee received his Gold Medal and Notebook Computer from the organizers. Bangladesh Team has visited many historical and touristy places and educational institutions of Azerbaijan. Int’l Turkish Hope School administrators, teachers, and students have been present at the airport to receive the team. They received the team with applauses and flower bouquets.

Class1A - Sandwich Making

Sandwich Making Class
Students of Class 1 made sandwiches in the class of English language-I. As they were passing through the topic 'Food and Drink' teachers tried to make the class more interesting through the activities. Kids had lots of fun while doing the practical class.

26th March - Independence Day

     Students of ITHS Main Campus observed 26th March in the morning at the auditorium through a small cultural program. They were told to uphold the freedom of the country and their do’s for the overall betterment of the nation.
